सरकार द्वारा LMV को छोटे एवं हल्के वाहनों जैसे जीप, मोटरसाइकिल, e-रिक्शा, स्कूटी एवं हल्के 4 पहिया वाहनों को चलाने के किये मंजूरी को देता है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति इस लाइसेन्स के बिना कोई वाहन चलता है, तब उसे सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित दंड को भुगतना पड़ता है, या कोई सरकारी निर्धारित राशि को जुर्माने के तौर पर भरना पड़ता है।


LMV का लाभ

यदि हम भारत मे रहते हैं तब हमें यह जानना बहुत जरूरी है, की LMV के लाभ क्या है। इसके बहुत से लाभ है जिनमे से कुछ लाभ इस प्रकार से है। 

  • वाहन को चलाने की आजादी।

  • कानूनी जुर्माने से बचाव।

  • परिचय पत्र के रूप में।

इस License का उपयोग हम अपने निजी परिवहन को चलाने में कर सकते हैं। यदि हमारे काम ट्रांसपोर्ट से संबंधित वाहनों को चलाना चाहते हैं तब हम इसका उपयोग नही कर सकते यदि हम ऐसा करते हैं। तो हम सरकार के अपराधी है, जिसके लिए हमे कठोर दण्ड को भोगना पड़ सकता है।
